Gulf Oil Marine achieves two remarkable “Go the Extra Mile” records
India, UAE & Singapore

Gulf Oil Marine India and Middle East teams achieved an urgent delivery of lube at Fujairah port, supplying lubricants to the customer's vessel in less than 4 hours after order confirmation, whilst the Singapore team achieved a record for delivery in Singapore during a weekend upon 1-day notice. 

 

At 7:23 AM 12 August 2016, Vicky Lew and Ho Chin Kim, both based in our Singapore office, received urgent delivery assistance from India.  We are very pleased that Vicky Lew and Ho Chin Kim have completed the supply with lubricants at OPL on a weekend on one-day notice.  Vessel required emergency lubes to proceed to India without delaying the vessel. 

  

At 9:23 AM 3 August 2016, our teams in India and Dubai received an urgent call from Fleet Management Ltd, requesting lubricant oil for their vessel, Maharshi Krishnatreya at Port FUJAIRAH, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.  The order was confirmed at 11:01 AM and our team delivered the lubricants at 15:00 without any delay to the vessel’s schedule.

 

Mr Prakash Chandra, General Manager of Fleet Management Ltd, thanked our teams for their outstanding customer service and their effort for this commitment.
