Another “Extra-mile” Effort by our CS Team

Our Hong Kong Customer Service team received an urgent order from our customer, Northstar Ship Management Ltd, on Sep 30 evening (US West Coast Time, which was 1st Oct early morning in HK – the National Day public holiday), requesting delivery of products for MV EAGLE I-STAR at Quebec, Canada the following day, 1st Oct 2019 (US West Coast Time), before it departs on 2nd Oct. 

 

Being aware that lube supplies in Canada usually require about 3 – 4 working days from order confirmation to delivery, our HK Customer Service Manager, Mr. Chris Mou responded quickly and told the customer that he will try to help with this urgent delivery.  And through his effective coordination, Chris was able to make the operational arrangements with our partners and managed to do the delivery safely and on time in full.

 

Our customer is happy with this outcome and appreciates the effort put in by our HK customer service team especially over the public holiday; our CS team was evaluated positively: that the team is always accessible 24/7, able to deliver at non-listed port or develop alternate solutions and provides the necessary information (such as, delivery time and cost) prior to each order.  And overall, Gulf Oil Marine is deemed to be able to help solve the customer’s lubrication needs.

 

Our customer service team is grateful for the customer’s kind remarks and positive evaluation, and will strive to be even better!  The aim is to be the Leader in Customer Service!
