Gulf Oil Marine is developing new tools to give Ship owners and Ship Managers easy access to powerful information.

We hope you will find these first two both useful and easy to use.

Please access the tool through the Gulf Oil Marine website at using your username and password. If you don’t yet have these please click here and send your requests to our team.

Gulf hates inflexible working and bureaucracy but we have one small condition – please keep your username and password private – but don’t hesitate to let us know if you need other people to have access and we will arrange their sign-in details very quickly.

There are two tools so far . . . .

Universal Port Directory (UPD)

The first lets you  compare, port by port the bulk facilities offered by all suppliers. We have taken lots of care to regularly gather and compile this publically available information but please always check the latest position with your supplier as things do change. The map is very easy to use – you simply click or zoom in and a table comparing barge, bulk, IBCs or drums for each supplier is displayed. We regularly update this. If you have a list of ports and would prefer this as a single download then please contact us.

On time in Full map (OTIF%)

We are very proud of our delivery performance. Our in country / same time-zone experienced customer service and supply organization folk speak your language and understands your business. Gulf’s customer retention is around the highest in the market. That’s why we have decided to share our own internal view of port by port “On Time In Full %” performance – so you can see where we are good and where we are focusing to improve. The map is simple to use and displays information on an yes/no fully satisfied order basis and on a volume basis.

In each case, to return to the main map please click / touch the icon bottom right of each map.

We are trying to make your procurement of lubricants both powerful and easy. We have a lot more planned. Any feedback would be really welcome.
