Gulf Oil Marine has been conducting a series of “2020 Transition Seminars” around the world to share the preparatory and transitional issues surrounding the shift to the new 0.5% limit from 2020.

The events are meant to help and provide guidelines to ship operators in preparation of their vessel’s compliance & transition plans for the 2020 emission regulations.

The first seminar kicked off in Shanghai in October 2018 and the other seminars will continue into the first quarter of 2019.

Our customer responses have been very positive.  Many have followed up with the seminars with preparatory work including the use of our documentary platform to prepare their vessels’ Ship Compliance Implementation Plans.
